KRONOSTI Watch Brand Return Policy
Thank you for choosing KRONOSTI watches. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. To protect your rights and interests, please familiarize yourself with the following return policy:
1. Return Eligibility
The returned watch must be in a brand-new, unused state, with no damage to its appearance or functionality, no signs of wear on the strap, and all original accessories (such as the packaging box, instruction manual, warranty card, etc.) must be complete and not damaged or altered.
2. Return Period
You can apply for a return within 14 days from the date you receive the watch. Return requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
Please contact us via the official customer service email (katinowatch@hotmail.com) or customer service hotline (+86 13544183712), explain the reason for the return, and provide the order number, purchase date, and relevant photos of the watch.
After the customer service confirms that the return meets the conditions, we will provide you with the return address and return instructions.
Please send back the watch and related accessories in the required packaging within 7 days of receiving the return address. Please indicate the order number when sending back to facilitate our quick processing.
After we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them within 3 working days. If the inspection is passed, we will handle the subsequent refund matters for you; if the inspection fails, we will return the goods to you and explain the reason.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to quality problems of the watch itself, the return shipping cost will be borne by KRONOSTI.
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike, improper size, etc.), the return shipping cost shall be borne by you.
5. Special Cases
Customized watches (styles, functions, etc. customized according to customers' special requirements) do not support returns.
Watches that have been worn, used, or with missing or damaged accessories do not support returns.
Watches with problems caused by man-made damage (such as falling, collision, water ingress, etc.) do not support returns.
6. Exchange Instructions
If you need to change the watch style or size, it is recommended that you first return the product and then place a new order.
7. Refund Instructions
After the returned goods pass the inspection, we will refund the money to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
The time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on the processing time of the bank or payment platform, which is generally 1-15 working days.
