Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in brand-new, unused condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, damage, modification, or misuse.
All original accessories, packaging, manuals, warranty cards, straps, buckles, and any included items must be complete and in good condition, unless KRONOSTI specifically instructs you otherwise.
Returned items that are used, damaged, incomplete, modified, or missing accessories may be rejected or subject to a restocking/deduction fee.

Return requests submitted after 14 days may not be accepted, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from KRONOSTI. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Instructions for Defective or Incorrect Items
If the return is due to a confirmed quality issue, manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item sent by KRONOSTI, we will provide return instructions after reviewing your photos or videos.
In many cases, to reduce shipping cost, customs issues, and processing time, we may ask you to return only the watch head/main watch body. If instructed by KRONOSTI, you may keep the strap, bracelet, buckle, and other accessories.
The customer should first pay the standard return shipping cost. After we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm the issue, KRONOSTI will reimburse the reasonable standard return shipping cost. Please keep and provide the shipping receipt.
When returning a defective watch head or part, please declare the package accurately as returned watch head / watch part for repair or replacement. The declared value should reasonably match the returned item and comply with local customs regulations.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a confirmed product defect, incorrect item, or issue caused by KRONOSTI, we will reimburse reasonable standard return shipping after inspection and confirmation.
If the return is due to personal reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, dislike of the product, incorrect size preference, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, and handling fees are not refundable, unless required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized watches

Watches that have been worn or used

Watches with scratches, dents, impact marks, water damage, or signs of misuse

Watches damaged by accident, impact, improper use, unauthorized repair, or modification

Items with missing or damaged accessories, packaging, straps, bracelets, buckles, manuals, or warranty cards

Final sale or clearance items, where allowed by applicable law

Inspection and Refund
After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 3 business days.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, card provider, or payment platform, and may take additional time.
If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may reject the refund and return the item to you. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Exchanges
If you would like to change to a different model, color, strap, or size, please contact us first.
In most cases, we recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order after the return is approved.
For defective or incorrect items, KRONOSTI may offer repair, replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

EU Right of Withdrawal
For eligible customers in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be sent back in accordance with our return instructions and must be in acceptable return condition, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
